How to take your measurements

We get these questions a lot in our emails. How do we measure for shoes and belts?

Here is how you measure for shoes , slippers and other items that we make . Sit down on a chair with both feet on the ground and trace the Right Foot and Left foot on two pieces of paper and send the drawings via email or regular mail. Or you can place a measuring tape and measure from the longest toe to heel.( Length)  Width place the measure tape underneath the toe area and measure from the left side of the foot to the right side of the foot. These measurements are between 3 to 4 inches or slightly wider. Finally, the arch, place the Measuring tape underneath the toe area where your shoe laces are and wrap the tape around the foot.

Belts:

Take your belt that you are currently wearing and place the measure tape to the tip of the buckle to the hole that you wear the belt on.

Or simply wrap a measure tape around your waist and add two to three inches for the circumference.
